RETURNS

Please email info@franksldn.co.uk to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your reason for returning. All orders will then be sent back as soon as possible with all labels and tags attached within the next 14 days. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Franks London produce a made to order service to allow a kinder process to the environment by reducing waste. Please visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size if unsure please email frankie@franksldn.co.uk with any questions.

Can I return sample sale products?

All Archive Sample Sale purchases are final, no returns.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. If you want to return or exchange an item, please email frankie@franksldn.co.uk with the following information:

  • order number,

  • name on the order,

  • email address the order was made with & your request/reason for return.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you the returns address.

Please handle all items with care. As a condition for a refund, the returned item(s) will undergo a quality control check. The item(s) should be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all original FRANKS tags attached. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered will not be accepted or refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Can I return a bespoke/tailor made garment?

Any alterations or tailor made requests will make the product non-returnable so do check the size guide for Specific Measurements or get in touch at frankie@franksldn.co.uk.

What are the return charges?

Shipping fees associated with making returns are thus the responsibility of you. FRANKS will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs.

How do I return my order?

Please send your order back with all labels and tags attached. Returns without labels and tags will not be accepted. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. We always recommend that you send it as a package with Royal Mail or another trustworthy shipping provider, which can supply you with a tracking number. Please contact frankie@franksldn.co.uk for an address to return your item(s).

How long does it take to process a return?

FRANKS will confirm with you once we receive your return and your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 7 working days to see funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

What if my item is faulty?

Please notify FRANKS by email to frankie@franksldn.co.uk with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
